QUESTION: Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
ANSWER: Yes. We supply everything needed to clean your home free of charge. However, you can provide your own cleaning supplies if you have preferences or specific requirements.

 

QUESTION: What should I expect on my first appointment?
 ANSWER: We will arrive equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to learn about your cleaning goals and get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

 

QUESTION: Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
ANSWER: The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible by putting away general items such as clothes and toys. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on deep cleaning rather than putting things in their places. 

 

QUESTION: Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
ANSWER: Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. You will have a team of two cleaners (same team) for each cleaning.

 

QUESTION: What will it cost to have my home cleaned?
ANSWER: We have different packages available in order to best serve our customers and their cleaning goals. The cost will depend on how large your home is and the amount of cleaning required. The average cost for maintenance house cleaning starts at $100.00. Average cost for initial cleanings start at $175.00. Average cost for one time thorough cleanings start at $200.00. Please note that larger homes will be at a higher rate and smaller homes such as apartments will be at a lower rate. 

 

QUESTION: Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
ANSWER: Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is completely up to you and what you feel comfortable with. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service by our trusted and reliable professional cleaners - guaranteed!

 

QUESTION: Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
ANSWER: If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. We can then move your visit to a more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.

 

QUESTION: How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
ANSWER: We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. Most common options are as follows: 1. Be present during your scheduled cleaning. 2. Provide us a key. 3. Leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 4. Give us the code to the garage. 4. Leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

 

QUESTION: What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
ANSWER: Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with at no cost to you.

 

QUESTION: Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?
ANSWER: Yes. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion.

 

QUESTION: How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
ANSWER: We require payment at time of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay. If you would like to pay for services using your credit card, please visit our payment center where you can pay for your cleaning services online.
